Drumsticks are one of my favorite weeknight meal features and are part of our regular rotation. You can easily double the recipe and have a few days worth of yummy leftovers.
Drumsticks are the most affordable way to eat free-range chicken. I can often get a pack at Trader Joe's for well under $5.
I often like to serve with a side of roasted vegetables such as carrots and/or broccoli.
I really like this combination of flavors together, but you could also coat these with some Cayenne Hot Sauce or any combination of herbs and spices you like.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 45-55 minutes
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a glass baking dish, drizzle the drumsticks in cooking fat of choice. Evenly sprinkle the remaining ingredients over the chicken and toss to coat. Bake for about 45-55 minutes.
